We are well and truly into the new year now although it only seems like yesterday was Christmas week.. I have no idea where the time goes.
I have been learning to use Photoshop and designing my own fabrics. Its a process that's thoroughly enjoyable to me. Learning as I go and making some really ugly patterns but then sometimes getting it right and I'm shocked at my own creativity. Its an exhilarating feeling seeing your imaginations come to life.

We have teamed up with Nurses and Midwives Against Bullying Australia (NAMABA) to create awareness of the devastating effects of bullying in the health industry. I have designed fabric and currently waiting on its delivery to make up and send out straight away. $5 from each sale goes towards supporting assistance to those in need.
I have ordered my Christmas fabric. I didn't want people growling at me that it was too early.. like hot cross buns on boxing day haha.
We have some new designs, new colors and old favorites.
Today we have become www.skrubbers.com.au. I cant tell you how excited I am about this. I am often questioned about where we are based and if we are an overseas company.. No we aren't an overseas company! We are Melbourne born and bed but now live in regional Victoria, we employ locals some of who have a disability and some who don't. We have a ethos that everyone is allowed the same opportunities, some may just need a little help on the way.
